Methodology

Due to the complexity of coordination of the project, the methodology is a key point. The procedure will be different depending on the requirements of each work package. The roles of each city in every work package are clearly defined in the following charts, to avoid any kind of missunderstanding.

SPEA will develop the necessary ad-hoc methodology to involve all key stakeholders in the development of an innovative procurement process, building along a line which will start from an state-of the art analysis in term of technologies and actual requirements, followed with an analysis of the needs as well as a activities aimed to increase the SMEs involvement in the process and ending with the launching of a joint/coordinated procurement process that will include the purchase of the innovative solution.
